CEO

Johnny Day

Johnny scaled Advanced Administrations into the growing company it is today, bringing his background in complex operations and large-scale projects to help build the systems, technology, and processes that made that growth possible. If something is broken, inefficient, overly complicated, or powered by a spreadsheet with 47 tabs, there’s a pretty good chance Johnny can fix it. As a husband-and-wife team, Johnny and Angelica work well together: she has the ideas, and he figures out how to make them work.

Angelica started Advanced Administrations after seeing how often small business owners were forced to juggle every part of their business alone. Today, she spends her time helping business owners get out of the weeds and hand off the things they were never supposed to be doing themselves. She’s passionate about good people, great businesses, and helping business owners run companies they can be proud of.

Sales Manager

Doug

Doug is our resident “there has to be a better way to do this” guy and often the first person clients meet when they’re exploring how Advanced Administrations can help. He takes the time to understand what each client needs and stays connected with them as ideas turn into real solutions. With an entrepreneurial background and a natural talent for spotting opportunities, Doug brings a practical approach to helping businesses move forward with confidence.

Sam

Sam is the calm in the middle of the Advanced Administrations storm, and we’re pretty sure she can organize just about anything. After years of teaching and management experience, she has developed an impressive ability to keep people, problems, and moving parts headed in the right direction. Sam knows our admins, our clients, and our day-to-day operations inside and out and brings the same combination of excellence, patience, and heart to all of it.
